Likes and Dislikes

It seems to be the modern trend amongst bloggers and those with an on-line presence, to create a list of both ‘Likes’ and ‘Dislikes’. To tell the world what we are for and what we are against. I am not sure that anyone actually cares but they do sometimes make amusing reading. So here therefore, in no particular order and for no other purpose than to amuse, are mine:

Likes :

Dislikes :

  • People who say “it’s me” on the telephone (it never is)
  • Noisy, loud or uncouth people
  • Chocolate (for ’tis the devil’s plop plops)
  • Bad teeth (poor dental hygiene spoils full on snogging)
  • Weak tea (even Earl Grey can be brewed for five minutes)
  • Those who use blogs and Twitter to bang on about their business (you know the sort)
  • Reality TV and the plethora of ‘phone voting shows
  • People who cannot spell or punctuate
  • Thick people and farters
  • Americans who can’t pronounce ‘noir’ or ‘ballet’
